Rumor has it that actor David Morrissey has been chosen to join the cast of The Walking Dead as 'The Governor' sometime during season 3. According to the comic book series, 'The Governor', Brian Blake, is the leader of a small settlement of survivors in a place called Woodbury. Blake and Rick Grimes wind up butting heads quite a bit in this relationship.
