The next DLC for Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 called 'Vengence', will include 4 new multi-player maps (well one redesigned one) and a brand new zombie map called 'Buried'.

'Buried' is an underground old western town. It adds a couple of new twists and abilities, like chalk that can be picked to draw new weapon spawn spots. The new map also features two new weapons - a paralyzer and a new ray gun. And there's a giant hidden away in a jail cell that can be used to your advantage. The Treyarch DLC is available for XBox on July 2nd and on Playstation 3 and PC on August 1st.

You know what 'The Sims 3' needs? Zombies! Why has it taken so long? Starting with their new expansion pack called 'Supernatural', you'll be able to become a zombie or a fairy in the game. But who cares about fairies? You want to be a zombie, right? Complete with plates of brains and more.

The fairy class will be accessible through the 'Create A Sim' function. Kind of boring, but actually fairies will have some fun customizations and special effects on other Sims. But if you want to be a zombie, you need to be bitten by another zombie in the game, or concoct an elixir that will turn you into the undead.

The 'Supernatural' expansion for Sims 3 is expected to be available some time in September, 2012.

'The War Z' is a new game coming to the internet soon from Arktos Entertainment and Hammerpoint Interactive. It's going to be a massive multi-player online game based loosely on the 'World War Z' novel and movie of the same title (if that ever comes out).

The game will be a first person shooter or optional third person player game with as many 250 players in the game at the same time. There will be trading available among players, different quests, weapons, maps, and an enormous world to explore, while avoiding hoards of zombies. Sounds a bit like 'World of Warcraft' with undead.

The game plans to go into beta testing this summer, with a full release late Fall. You can sign up to be a tester on their official website at www.TheWarZ.com.

A new zombie slaying game has entered the market this week, 'Lollipop Chainsaw'. In this game you get to play as an 18-year old high school cheerleader, with a bad attitude, and a bad mouth to go with it.

It's the apocalypse and it's your job to slice through as many zombies as possible with your custom made chainsaw, while trying to save other students. There are unlockables and mini-games along the way too.

It's an arcade style game made by Grasshopper Manufacture, who also made the game 'Shadows Of The Damned', to which this game is similar. There is a lot of low-brow dialogue in the game similar to 'Duke Nuk'em' and others. Except, not just the good guys, but also the bad guys, the zombies, get some memorable one-liners. It's not a game for the easily offended however. Action-wise, the game is full of dozens of acrobatic moves and combos, with more to learn as you succeed. There are some challenging bosses at the end of levels. It's a colorful, fast-paced game as well. But with the language and gore factors at a high, I wouldn't recommend this game for children.

As we prepare for the season finale of The Walking Dead, and the weeks to months of withdrawal without walkers, AMC saves the day with a 'Walking Dead Game'. Coming in April, you'll be able to put your survival skills to the test on Facebook. Created by RockYou and Eyes Wide Games, this game will have all the aspects of surviving like your favorite characters on the TV show along with a social aspect that Facebook games are known for. The game will require you make allies with friends to help fight off the hordes of walkers. You'll also need friends to stand guard when you're not playing. Plus there will be different weapons and story lines as well. The game is expected to be released to the public in early April. Just in time to keep us all from getting the shakes!

Naughty Dog, the same company who brought us the game 'Uncharted' has entered the zombie-genre with their new game 'The Last of Us'. The trailer for the new game was revealed at this weekend's VGA Awards. It will be exclusively available on the Playstation 3. The game will come with a Mature rating, and feature the stuff we zombie fans love; blood, gore, and violence.

The game follows the survival of a man and his teenage girl counter-part as they struggle to fight off zombies, and other human survivors. The graphics look pretty good so from the trailer, which you can view below. The game is expected to be release later in 2012.

StarvingEyes Advergaming has come out with a new zombie shooting game that takes place in a apocalyptic Fox News set. 'Tea Party Zombies Must Die' let's the player kill off zombies that look an awful lot like some Fox News correspondents like Bill O'Reilly and Glenn Beck, and some of the Tea Party presidential hopefuls like Sarah Palin, Michele Bachmann, Newt Gingrich, and others.

Sounds like the perfect game for liberals and Democrats alike! There are also some other generic zombie like monsters to kill as well. Kind of silly, but sounds like a lot of fun as we gear up for the 2012 election!

See a preview video of the game below.
