16 Actors dressed as zombies were injured during filming of the movie Resident Evil: Retribution. A platform collapsed on the set in Toronto, Canada causing some of the victims to fall as much as 20 feet. Some suffered back and leg injuries, but none of the injuries were life threatening.
However, due to the zombie make-up worn by the actors, emergency workers had a difficult time assessing the severity of some of the injuries.
